Placing Orders / Returns
All wallcoverings are printed to order, thus are not returnable. Measure your surfaces carefully or you may contact us for measuring guidelines or questions about the grounds on which we print. Color match not guaranteed from order to order.  Orders ship within two weeks.  Returns are considered only in the event of a manufacturing defect. Please notify us of any defects within 7 days upon receipt of the product with a photograph of the defective area. Defective items must be returned in unused condition and in the original packaging. Trimmed or cut products will not be accepted as defective returns. Customer pays for shipping for returns.

Custom Orders
Because all products are printed to order, we can create wallcoverings in custom colors, sizes and on specialty grounds. Design fees and strike-off fees apply to customized orders. Please contact us with your questions.

We recommend professional installation due to the nature of our double-width products and the specialty grounds on which they are printed, therefore we are not responsible for mishandling or misapplication of any products once purchased. For professional paper hangers in your area, visit

Shipping Damage Policy
Circa Wallcovering is not responsible for damage during shipping. All shipping damages must be addressed with the shipper.

No warranty. Circa Wallcovering is not responsible for wallcovering once it has been trimmed and/or hung on the wall; nor responsible for uncontrollable conditions due to temperature, light damage or hanging materials or application techniques. Our products are digitally printed utilizing zero VOC UV printing techniques and our inks are non-toxic. Please note that our Mylar products are backed with a polyester material for structural integrity.
